Wild Roots + Blended Burger Project
It’s time to re-imagine the iconic burger and create something that is incredibly delicious, healthier for guests, and more sustainable for the planet. That's why we're participating in The James Beard House Blended Burger Project this summer.
This movement strives to make burgers better by blending ground meat with chopped mushrooms. Join us every day through July 31 from 5-6 PM to try our specialty blend of mushrooms, beef sirloin and pork fat topped with Jasper Hill's Bayley Hazen Blue Cheese, Ramp Kimchi and Miso Aioli
